Creating Shade was set up in 2013 by John Cannell, a professional blind fitter with more than 20 years of industry experience. We specialise in supplying, measuring, and fitting premium blinds and shutters for customers across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our range includes wooden, plastic, and fabric-based blinds and shutters, with styles to suit both residential and commercial settings. We also stock and fit quality fly screens for homes and commercial kitchens.
We’re a small, local operation with roots in Dereham. That means you’ll be dealing directly with founder John and his wife. Good local friendly company. Communication is excellent. I ordered insect screens paid a 50% deposit. I was given an estimated manufacture/installation time this was then confirmed by Claire. John installed the blinds and they are great. I must mention that these are now the third set of screens/blinds.
